Migros becomes the first retailer in the world to sell MSC-certified, tinned pink tuna caught in the Maldives by local fishermen using a pole and line. This traditional fishing method generally avoids incidental catch and the MSC label guarantees that the fish stocks remain at a healthy level. By the end of the year, 95% of all fish sold at Migros is sustainably sourced.
