As a Group, we stand for a free market and fair competition. Our business decisions are objective and non-discriminatory. We stringently reject anti-competitive agreements relating to prices, quantities, markets, areas or customers.

Our work is objective and free from personal interests and conflicts. If there is a potential conflict of interest, we act in the best interests of the Migros Group to avoid negative effects. Transparency is important to us in this regard.

We handle information and business secrets conscientiously, do not disclose them without authorisation and do not abuse them for personal gain. We take care when using personal data and protect it in line with the principles of data protection.

Assets underpin our work. We protect them, use them legally and reject illegal conduct. We protect our own intellectual property while also protecting that of others. Our accounting is professional, transparent and punctual.
