In our eyes, financial success is not the only thing that matters: how we attain this is just as important. The principles set out in our Code of Conduct apply to the entire Migros Group. They guide our actions, shape our identity and represent what we stand for.

We bring our Code of Conduct to life

For us, financial success is inextricably linked to taking responsibility towards our customers, Cooperatives, society and the planet. Drawing on the Group values of credibility and responsibility, we have therefore set out our key behavioural rules in a binding Code of Conduct applicable to all our employees.

We also expect our business partners to act in accordance with the key content of this Code of Conduct.

Our employees have access to the internal whistleblower office M-Concern, where reports can also be made anonymously. The facts of reported grievances are investigated on the basis of a formal process.
