Standing together for integrity

Reflecting our values of 'community' and 'responsibility', the Migros Group stands for trust and integrity. Our actions are guided by our values, internal guidelines and the applicable laws. A zero-tolerance policy applies to behaviour that fails to meet these standards.

Migros' Code of Conduct provides a framework for our actions and clear guidance in our day-to-day activities. It is our joint pledge to act correctly at all times.

Integrity begins with leadership. Our managers lead by example and consistently demonstrate integrity through their actions. They also promote and require the same standard of behaviour from their employees.

Every single employee helps to ensure Migros is perceived as a trustworthy company and as a model of integrity and responsibility, both now and in the future. Together, we are paving the way for our long-term success.

M-Concern reporting office

Employees can also report any grievances they may have and any unlawful or unethical behaviour within the Migros Group via the "M-Concern" reporting office. The reporting office is also open to our business partners and third parties. You can use M-Concern to submit reports on human rights violations, child labour, corruption and environment protection violations in the Migros Group's supply chain.
