The Federation of Migros Cooperatives (FMC) welcomes the acquisition of Signa's holding in “Magazine zum Globus AG” by the Thai Central Group. An ancillary employment activity carried out for the Signa Group by a former Executive Board member in 2013 did not result in any conflicts of interest or financial disadvantages for Migros. This was the conclusion reached by a comprehensive external investigation.
