Migros' extensive network and strong position in online retail mean it is well placed for success in cross-channel retail. After a successful pilot scheme, it launches the new PickMup service. Customers can now order their products online and collect them from a Migros, Ex Libris or Migrolino store or from a fitness centre. By the end of the year, the network is expanded to 305 collection points. This means that 90% of the Swiss population can reach a PickMup collection point within 15 minutes by car.
