Saviva, which is part of Migros Industrie, takes over Lüchinger+Schmid AG. This commercial and production company is well known for eggs, egg products as well as chilled fresh and frozen products. The acquisition expands the Wholesale Supply division and strengthens the market position of Migros' own production.
