The rating agency Oekom Research analyses the social and ecological commitment of 140 retailers worldwide and awards Migros a B+ rating. This outstanding score makes it the world's most sustainable retailer. Over 100 criteria are assessed in total. Migros performs extremely well in the areas of employee benefits (fair pay, good options for part-time work, many training opportunities), supplier relationships (commitment to minimum social standards, socially responsible cooperation) and the environment and business ethics (transport efficiency, climate protection).
