On 18 November, Joseph Deiss, President of the Swiss Confederation (pictured second from left) visits apprentices at the Migros Industrie company Estavayer Lait SA (Elsa). The visit by the Minister of Economic Affairs allows him to express his appreciation for Migros' tremendous commitment to vocational training. He is given a tour of the company and visits various training places. As Switzerland's largest private-sector employer, Migros recognises its responsibility towards young people. The Migros Group provides training in over 50 different professions at around 40 companies.
