Migros is recallingorganic rocket from Italy as a precautionary measure amid suggestions that it may be contaminated with salmonella. A health risk cannot be ruled out. Migros is asking its customers not to consume the affected batch of organic rocket, which has been banned from sale with immediate effect.

Points of sale: Migros stores at its cooperatives in Aare, Zurich and Ticino
The affected Migros organic rocket was available at Migros supermarkets belonging to the Aare, Zurich and Ticino cooperatives. It was immediately banned from sale.
Customers are asked not to consume the affected batch of organic Italian rocket as a precautionary measure. In some cases, symptoms such as fever, diarrhoea or abdominal pain may occur after consumption. Anyone who experiences the aforementioned symptoms after eating this rocket is advised to seek medical advice.
Customers who purchased the affected product at a supermarket can return it and receive a refund.
All other salads and Migros organic rocket on sale at other Migros cooperatives (e.g. those of Swiss origin) are unaffected by the recall and can continue to be consumed without concern.
