Food waste and zero waste

Migros customers can now fill their own organic foods, such as pasta or rice. Migros introduces filling stations with tried-and-tested products from Migros' own production at several stores. Migros far exceeds an official pledge to save 6,000 tonnes of packaging or make it more eco-friendly by the end of 2020. Customers can also fill their own detergents and washing-up liquids, such as "Handy", at two Migros Aare cooperative stores. Using the free food rescue app "Too Good To Go," Migros extends its partnership to all regions of Switzerland. The "Too Good To Go" wonder bags are gradually introduced at Migros stores, restaurants and takeaways throughout Switzerland.
