Migros is strengthening the Human Resources and Social Commitment departments. The FMC is shutting down Social Commitment, which was previously part of the Human Resources Management (HRM) department, and creating a new unit. Andrea Krapf, the current Head of Department, will head up the new unit. On 1 November 2025, Valérie Schelker takes over as Head of the HRM department and the Migros Group's quality organisations. She also joins the Executive Board of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives.
