Ethno & Company recalls Al Fez Tahini paste

Best before: As a precautionary measure, all jars of the product are being recalled

The Al Fez Tahini sesame paste was available in Migros supermarkets throughout Switzerland and at Migros Online. It was immediately withdrawn from sale. Customers are asked not to consume Al Fez Tahini sesame paste as a precautionary measure. In some cases, symptoms such as fever, diarrhoea or abdominal pain may occur after consumption. People who have consumed the paste are asked to consult a doctor if these symptoms occur. Customers who have bought the affected product in the supermarket can return it and receive a refund. If the product was purchased through Migros Online, customers will be contacted directly by customer service. All other Al Fez products are not affected by the recall and can continue to be consumed without hesitation.
