Migros Mobile: premium network quality at reasonable prices

With "Migros Mobile", Migros is starting a new chapter in telecommunications together with its longstanding partner Swisscom. Customers can look benefit from reasonable prices, more value and clearly structured offers – the low-price mobile phone subscription without any hidden costs or complicated tariffs.
"Migros Mobile" combines the best of two worlds: Swisscom's premium network quality and Migros' clear pricing model. The new subscriptions for mobile phones, Internet, TV and fixed network lines are simple and transparent, are not based on complicated promotional models and offer attractive conditions to meet every need. The low-price subscriptions are available online, via the free hotline as well as in Migros stores with customer service counters and all mobilezone stores.
Greater benefits without the need to take action
Existing M-Budget Mobile customers can continue to use their products as before. In addition, users of a mobile phone subscription will automatically will receive more data volume in Switzerland and abroad—depending on their subscription— at no extra charge. Anyone who would also like to benefit from the new Migros Mobile tariff models is free to switch at any time. All customers will be contacted personally to this end.
The new subscriptions will be available to new customers from 27 August 2025 Existing customers will benefit from more value from 10 September 2025. Customers' personal login details for the "My Account" customer portal will remain the same, as will the previous additional options.
