From April 2024, there will be a new Head of Migros Industrie. The current head, Armando Santacesaria, has decided to accept a new professional appointment outside the Migros Group. “Together with a highly motivated team, over the past five years, we have been able to bring numerous innovations to market and to align Migros Industrie with the changing needs of customers”, says Armando Santacesaria. “I would like to express my sincere thanks to all my colleagues for this.” Mr Santacesaria explained that after this intensive transformation period, it is the right time for him to hand over the reins of Migros Industrie to someone new, in time for the upcoming development phase which will begin next year.

Under his leadership, Migros Industrie has also seen an increase in productivity and, alongside his team, brought about a cultural change which fosters closer collaboration across company boundaries.”

Armando Santacesaria will remain in his role as Head of Migros Industrie until the end of March 2024 and will be available to ensure a smooth transition period and to support the introduction of his successor. The process for appointing a successor has been initiated.
