The Migros Group

Migros supermarkets are our core business in the cooperative retail business. This includes all stores and Migros Online as well as the VOI and M-Partner special-format outlets. They are organised into a total of ten Migros cooperatives, which supply their supermarkets with fresh produce from the region. The subsidiary Migros Supermarket Ltd (MSM), founded in 2024, is responsible for all of the key elements of the supermarket business and ensures that our shops are close to people and that you enjoy shopping with us. We are building a total of 140 new stores and modernising 350 others by 2030 to achieve these goals.

Migros Industrie is the Migros Group’s integrated producer in Switzerland. We produce over 16,000 products for Migros supermarkets, Denner and migrolino. Our cult products are much-loved classics.

We employ around 11,000 people at almost 50 locations throughout Switzerland and are a key partner for the agricultural sector. Together, we ensure the supply of high-quality food.

Migros Industrie includes:

• The Micarna Group is our established player in the meat, poultry, egg and seafood segments, producing around 4,500 products.

• The Elsa Group specialises in the production of dairy products, such as yoghurts, cheese and protein shakes.

  The Elsa Group makes around 2,000 products in total.

• The Fresh Food & Beverage Group (FFB Group) supplies all our supermarkets with fresh bread, Asian specialities, convenience products and drinks.

• The Delica AG makes chocolate, ice cream, snacks and coffee – all to the very highest Swiss quality standards. Delica manufactures popular classic products in Meilen, such as Blévita crackers, Farmer bars and ice creams.

In all business areas, we are renowned for great products at fair prices – working entirely in our customers' interests.

Denner is a popular Swiss discounter. We have been a proud member of the Migros Group since 2009. At Denner, you can choose from a balanced and fresh range of food, drinks, wines and day-to-day products at favourable prices. You can also look forward to more then 200 special offers that change every week. With more than 800 stores and partner shops, we are represented throughout Switzerland and optimally complement the Migros Group's range of products.

Migros Online is one of Switzerland's leading online food retailers. We sell thousands of food and non-food products online at migros.ch and via the Migros app. These include around two-thirds of the most popular Migros products as well as branded items and alcoholic beverages.

Regardless of whether you live in the city or the countryside, Migros Online delivers your shopping within a short space of time. Founded in 1997 as LeShop.ch and the first online supermarket in Switzerland, we joined the Migros Group in 2006 and have been called Migros Online since 2020.

migrolino is always there where you need us: at petrol stations, in urban locations, at train stations and in other busy places. With over 370 shops under the migrolino and mio by migrolino brands, we are one of the leading providers in the Swiss convenience market. Our modern shops offer everything you need for quick shopping trips and delicious food on the go – with strong brands and Migros products at supermarket prices. To get even closer to the Swiss people, we are pressing ahead with our expansion plans.

Migrol provides mobility, energy and heating solutions in the Swiss market. You can refuel with us at any time at over 300 petrol stations located throughout Switzerland. Working together with the regional Migros cooperatives, we are continuously expanding the network of e-charging stations at supermarket stores. We aim to create a network of 2,000 M-Charge stations. Migrol also operates one of the most extensive car wash networks in Switzerland with around 70 locations. We also supply over 100,000 customers with heating oil and wood pellets every year.

With a range of over 10 million products, Digitec Galaxus is Switzerland's largest online department store and a key growth driver in the non-food market. We are strengthening the Migros Group's leading position in online retail through digital innovations. The online book business of Ex Libris will be transferred to Galaxus by mid-2027.

Our Medbase Group has been one of the leading Swiss service providers in outpatient medical care since 2010. We provide a wide range of medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical and dental services in addition to digital solutions. The various elements of the Medbase Group:

• At around 65 Medbase medical centres, interdisciplinary teams of GPs and specialist consultants provide efficient and well-coordinated treatment within the same organisation.

• We provide easy access to pharmaceutical advice and medical services at over 56 locations through our Medbase pharmacies.

• Since 2021, our mission at WePractice has been to make it easier for people to obtain first-class psychological support. With 110 psychotherapists working at 16 locations, we are now a modern mental health practice group focussing on non-medical psychotherapy and complement the Migros Group's range of healthcare services with therapies, coaching and online treatment.

• Zahnarztzentrum.ch is the leading provider of dental services in Switzerland, and part of the Medbase Group. We have 43 locations and employ over 300 dentists and specialists in orthodontics, dental implants, oral surgery and dental hygiene.

• iMpuls is the Migros Group's health platform. It provides easy access to expert knowledge and helpful articles about health, fitness, nutrition and prevention.

• Zur Rose is one of the leading medical wholesalers and online pharmacies in Switzerland. It has been part of the Medbase Group since 2023. Patients can conveniently order medicines and healthcare products via the online shop (zurrose-shop.ch) or app and have them delivered to their home. Every year, Zur Rose in Frauenfeld processes and sends out around 17 million packets of medicines.

As the largest fitness provider in Switzerland, we quite literally get Switzerland moving with movemi. Based in Zurich Oerlikon, the company brought the ACTIV FITNESS and FITNESSPARK brands together in 2022. Over 4,300 employees offering the most extensive network of fitness studios in Switzerland.

ACTIV FITNESS has one of the best price-performance ratios out of all of the fitness providers in Switzerland, offering a full range of services, including strength and cardiovascular training, group fitness classes, wellness options and children's play areas at 128 locations.

The 16 FITNESSPARK facilities combine a first-class wellness programme with pools, sauna facilities and fitness training in an elegant setting.

At Migros Bank, we prioritise our customers, not increasing share value. As part of the Migros Group, we are not listed on the stock exchange, employ 1,900 people and operate 70 branches in all parts of the country. Migros Bank is consistently increasing the number of its branches to provide a very extensive network while it is also firmly embedded in the various regions. Thanks to our digital sales channels and advisory services, we have already been recognised as the 'Top Bank for Private Customers' several times. In 2025, Migros Bank ended up on the podium once again for being one of the most digital Swiss retail banks.
